Miguel Torres Chile invites you to raise your glass to those who are always there. A celebration with a taste of family and legacy, excellently accompanied by a remarkable Valles Collection.

This 15 June is undoubtedly a date of celebration in which we prepare to experience special moments. The perfect occasion to pay tribute to those men who have been a guide, a companion and an example, and what better way to do it than with wines that reflect authenticity, character and origin.

Therefore, under the concept Valles Collectionthe line Andes Mountains Miguel Torres Chile offers a careful selection of red wines with identity, made in unique sites in the country. Each wine in this line expresses the essence of its terroir of origin, the result of a passionate search by Familia Torres since its arrival in the Curicó Valley.

From Maule to Limarí, these reds are born in areas specially chosen for their uniqueness, giving life to wines with remarkable varietal expression, perfect to enhance the best of local cuisine and gatherings around the fire to accompany, for example, that Sunday roast.

These wines are the perfect accompaniment for a day dedicated to those who have been an example of constancy and warmth. Designed to share a conversation without haste or a table full of memories.

Harmonising the family meeting

If the idea is to enjoy the asado with chorizos, malaya, an entraña, chicken or just love spicy meats such as pork ribs, they will surely be the ones to appreciate a Carmenere mountain rangeA wine with Denomination of Origin Valle de Cachapoal, it has a deep fruit character, enveloping smoky notes and savoury tannins.

But if you are an expert griller, who prefers more complex and classic flavours and textures such as smoked sausages, fillet steak, shoulder tip and pork loin, then the best choice is Cordillera Cabernet Sauvignon. A wine made from grapes from the Maipo Valley, which stands out for its great body, balanced with a high fruity intensity, elegant oak, round and silky tannins.

If among our guests we have real adventurers, fans of new things or simply like to play with the intensity of flavours and cooking points, then prieta or black pudding, roast strip steak, lamb, game meats such as wild boar and deer are sure to be among their preferences.

So the recommended wine is VIGNO Carignan mountain rangemade from grapes grown in the Secano Interior of the Maule Valley. Undoubtedly, an exponent that is a great harmony for this type of high fat meats, in addition to its fruity character, juiciness and precisely its meaty notes, are the perfect complement for those who seek to enjoy deeper flavours.

Finally, Cordillera Syrah is a red wine of marked personality, from cultivars located in the Casablanca Valley, ideal for that intense, passionate and full of character dad. This wine has a deep cherry colour, which conquers at first sight. On the nose, it displays great expressiveness with notes of roasting and redcurrant jam, as well as hints of tobacco, juniper and some lactic nuances. In the mouth it is characterised by its great amplitude: round tannins, retronasal aromas of liquorice and spices, with a long and elegant aftertaste. Excellent with roast pork and baked fish.

Valles Collection Andes Mountains by Miguel Torres Chile, is undoubtedly perfect for moments of deep conversation with that parent who always has something to teach.
